During the winter months, it is good for the younger athletes to get some competition indoors. Most of the Regional/National Indoor competitions are for the older age groups.
Cambs AA organises a Cambridgeshire Sports Hall competition. There are usually 2 fixtures; one at Comberton in December and the other at Bushfield Sports Centre, Peterborough or St Ives in January.
The Cambridgeshire team is selected from these two events to compete in the Regional Finals, usually held in Norwich
