Cambridgeshire AA entered teams in the South of England intercounties Cross-Country event held at RAF Barnham on Saturday 10 th December. 13 Counties took part, most with much larger populations than Cambridgeshire.

It was a very good day for the Under 23 Mens team, who despite the unavailability of Daniel Pettit and Daniel Watts, still took home the team silver medals.

Again in the Under 20 Women, due to a training injury on the previous day, we only had three athletes (4 for a team score). Hayley Rule (Cambridge) was first finisher – 32 nd in 28.16, Helen Gardner (Cambridge) was 36 th in 29.06 ansd Emma Garwood (St Ives) was 37 th in 29.41.
