Annual General Meeting
This year's A.G.M will be held at 7.30pm on Friday 12th February 2010 at St Mary's Church Hall, New Road. ( just of the boongate roundabout, at the corner of New Road and St John's Street )

On the agenda to be discussed and voted upon by members are proposals concerning membership fees, Coach travel
to Athletic meetings, New team managers roles and positions to be filled on the new committee.
Proposal forms and nomination forms will be sent to members through the post. Please return completed forms to Elaine Larkins on club training nights or send them to her at;
